Supreme Tamales is a family-owned company based out of Chicago, Illinois. The Chicago Tamale™ —a unique combination of cornmeal, ground beef, garlic and seven secret spices. The recipe we use to make this product has been passed down from generation to generation. This means that the foods you, your parents, and your grandparents remember as a kid are prepared the same way today. That’s right—over 70 years later, we still strive to provide our customers with products that are both fresh and flavorful. Everything we make we create using only all-natural ingredients. We don’t add any preservatives to our products. And because we also precook each item prior to delivery, they are extremely easy to store and prepare.
Supreme Tamale got its start out of a factory in Chicago on the corner of Chicago Avenue and Washtenaw in 1950. It was during this time that our tamales first hit the streets. They were bought by hot dog vendors and then sold out of their carts. People from all over the city embraced our products. In the early 60’s we relocated to Belmont Cragin neighborhood on Grand Avenue. And in 2012, we moved to a manufacturing facility in the Elk Grove Village Business Park. This location was more in line with our specific production needs and allowed us to continue providing for our committed customers. Over the years, we experienced several other changes. The hot dog carts morphed into hot dog stands, and we expanded our list of suppliers to include many local stores and restaurants. Amid all these transitions, though, the tradition of The Chicago Tamale™ has continued to live on.

As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. Supreme Frozen Products will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit, or to refund you the full amount of your purchase.
To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Supreme Frozen Products is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be credited to the originating credit card.
To keep products safe during transit, we package them in durable foam shipping containers and include dry ice to keep contents frozen.
Depending on the state to which you are shipping product, we send the delivery either UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day, Monday – Wednesday. For those states in which we have the ability to ship both UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day, we will give you the choice. Orders received after 6:00 am Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
We ship to the 48 Continental States, Alaska and Hawaii. For shipment to remote Alaska and Hawaii locations, an additional charge will apply. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Though UPS is an extremely reliable shipping agent, there are times when even they are unable to provide on-time delivery, such as during extreme weather situations, national emergencies etc. We ask for your patience during these times and promise to get your gift to its destination as soon as possible. Freshly prepared product will be shipped as soon as proper delivery resumes. In addition, UPS guaranteed delivery is not available in all areas. Please contact UPS for more information.
